With the upgrading of industrial automation, the application scenarios of heavy-duty AGVs have been rapidly expanding across ports, automotive, energy storage, heavy machinery and other sectors. Capable of carrying steel giants weighing dozens of tons, these vehicles navigate flexibly in complex environments and have emerged as the "hidden champions" of modern industrial material handling.
However, such scenarios are often challenged by an excessive number of servo axes in the motion unit, high current draw of servo motors under the conventional 48V system, large cross‑section power cables, and high power consumption. There is an urgent need to elevate the system voltage platform to meet application requirements.
Currently, on the basis of its low-voltage 48V, 130-flange 1.5KW-3KW high-power low-voltage servo motors, Kinco has further expanded its product portfolio to meet customers’ demand for high-power servo motors with low current for motion control components in heavy-duty AGVs above 10T. It has officially launched low-voltage 96V, 180-flange 3KW, 4KW and 5KW high-power servo motors along with matching drives, injecting stronger power into heavy-duty AGVs once again.

The 96V system features a relatively low current. When transmitting the same power, it generates less heat from line resistance, thus delivering higher efficiency. This also alleviates motor heating issues, helping to extend the service life of motors and related equipment while enhancing overall system stability.

The 96V servo motor delivers higher power at the same current, making it better suited to meet the high-power requirements of heavy-duty AGVs. It provides stronger power, enabling AGVs to transport heavier loads and operate reliably under complex working conditions.
